摘要
本文从去叔丁基化的杯[4]芳烃出发,先后分别在1,3-和2,4-酚羟基位点上引入正辛烯基和支链冠醚,最后通过烯烃复分解反应,合成了一种新型的提篮型杯芳烃冠醚化合物,产物结构经过1H NMR和HRMS-ESI表征确定。分别采用1H NMR和UV-vis方法,研究了1,3-桥联成环后张力对另一端冠醚环络合选择性的影响。结果表明,提篮长度增加到8个碳时关环对萃取率基本没有影响。
In this paper a novel cabas-like calixcrown direvative was synthesized starting from de-butylated calix[4]arene,followed by introducing n-octenyl and branched crown ether at 1,3-and 2,4-postions of pheonolic hydroxyl groups and intramolecular ring-closing olefin metathesis.The structure of the product was characterized and confirmed by 1H NMR and HRMS-ESI.The effect of ring strain from 1,3-bridging upon the complexation of the crowm ether towards cesium ions was examined by 1H NMR and UV-vis techniques.The results indcated that there was no pronounced impact upon the extraction percentage towards cesium ions when the alkyl length reached eight carbons.
