摘要
建立柱塞泵斜盘的动态模型,采用仿真分析和试验的方法对两种斜盘支撑形式——柱塞支撑和弹簧支撑的支撑刚度进行研究。结果表明:柱塞支撑刚度比弹簧支撑刚度大,对斜盘的稳定性有利,从而可改善系统的动态性能。
A dynamic model of swash-plate of piston pump was established.Swash-plate supporting stiffness when swash-plate was supported by piston and spring separately was studied by applying simulation analysis and testing methods.The results show that piston supporting has bigger swash-plate supporting stiffness than spring supporting,which is favorable for swash-plate stability and can improve system dynamic performance.
