摘要 用复数矢量法建立直线共轭齿廓的曲线方程和啮合线方程。通过求齿廓啮合点半径方程的极值,确定了齿廓的极限啮合点。分析齿廓重迭干涉现象,推导出齿廓重迭干涉条件,为直线共轭齿轮的设计参数选择提供理论依据。 For the straight conjugated internal gear pump,the tooth profile's equation and meshing curve equation were established with complex vector.By solving the extreme radius of meshing point,the extreme meshing point was determined.The overlapping problem of mating profiles was analyzed.The condition to avoid overlapping of mating profiles was derived.It provides theory foundation for design of straight conjugated internal gear pump.
