摘要
开发了一种用于玻璃切割机的交互排版系统;根据玻璃切割的工艺特点和使用要求,提出了用于矩形玻璃的分级排版算法;对三角形、平行四边形、梯形、圆形等其他常用图形,采用参数化的图形库进行排版。该系统排版效率高,操作灵活,满足了玻璃切割排版的使用要求,同时节约了板材,具有可观的经济意义。
An interactive typesetting system for glass-cutting machine was developed.According to the process characteristics of glass cutting and using requirements,an algorithm of hierarchical layout for rectangular glasses was presented.The other graphics widely used,such as triangles,parallelograms,echelons,circles,were typeseted by parameterized graphics library.The system has high layout efficiency and flexible operation.The requirements of glass cutting are met and materials are saved.It has considerable economic significance.
