介绍微细管道机器人工作要求和结构,并详细分析其工作原理;对微细管道机器人设计参数进行优化,并设计制作样机,其能够满足运动、负载的要求和适应管径变化。该微细管道机器人用于在石油、化工等行业管道检测维修中。
Work requirements and structure of minute pipeline robot were expounded,and its work principle was analyzed in detail.The design parameters of minute pipeline robot were optimized.A sample robot was designed and made which could meet the requirements of movement、load and fit the change of pipeline diameter.This robot can be used in inspection and maintenance of pipeline in petroleum and chemical plant industry.
