摘要
针对自行开发设计的海水柱塞泵,在AMESim中建立该泵的液压系统模型,通过仿真研究泵进口压力、配流阀弹簧参数和阀芯结构对泵的气蚀、流量脉动、容积效率等的影响,为此类泵的设计提供参考。
The model of the seawater plunger pump which was self-developed and designed was established in AMESim.Through simulation,the influences of the factors,such as inlet pressure of the pump,spring parameters of the flat valve,structure of the poppet,on cavitation of the pump,flow pulsation,volumetric efficiency were researched,which provided reference for the design of this kind of pump.
