大田条件下外源AM真菌对柑橘园土著AM真菌群落的影响 被引量:2

Influence of the Exogenous AM Fungus on the Indigenous AM Fungal Community in Citrus Orchard in Field Conditions

摘要 利用PCR-DGGE技术研究了在大田条件下红江橙Citrus sinensis Osbeck‘Hongjiangcheng’根系接种外源丛枝菌根(AM)真菌Glomus intraradices对柑橘园土著AM真菌群落的影响.结果表明:接种处理对柑橘根系侵染率没有影响;根系中AM真菌的多样性指数和物种丰度没有变化,但是根际土壤中AM真菌的该2个指标有下降的趋势;接种处理改变了土著AM真菌的群落结构.研究表明,大田条件下长期使用外源AM真菌可能会降低土著AM真菌的多样性,改变其群落结构. Influence of inoculation of citrus ( Citrus sineusis Osbeck ' Hongjiangcheng' ) roots with exogenous arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungus, Glomus intraradices, in field conditions was investigated using PCR-DGGE. Results showed that the inoculation did not affect the root colonization of citrus plants. The diversity index and species richness of AM fungi in roots did not change, while the two parameters of AM fungi in the rhizospheric soil tended to decrease. Additionally, DGGE profile indicated that the inoculation altered the community structure of indigenous AM fungi. This study suggests that the long-term application of exogenous AM fungi in fields probably decreases the diversity of the indigenous AM fungi and changes the fungal community structure.
