摘要
教师是课程改革的关键因素,新一轮的课程改革不能忽视教师的作用。内蒙古初中语文课程改革迄今已开展近八年之久,参与教改的语文教师队伍的整体素质、教师的参与程度和状态、教学理念及教学实践,在很大程度上制约或促进着内蒙古基础教育的发展。以上述内容为主要调研对象,并针对内蒙古初中语文课改中存在的问题提出相应的对策,力求为内蒙古地区初中语文教师的专业发展和内蒙古新一轮基础教育课程改革提供更科学、更有针对性的实践依据。
Teacher is the key factor of the curriculum reform,during which the importance of teachers could not be neglected.It has been 8 years since the new curriculum reform of junior school Chinese lesson carried out in Inner Mongolia.Many elements have effects on the development of basic education of Inner Mongolia,such as the overall quality of Chinese teachers who participate in the CR,the degree of participation and state of teachers,teaching philosophy and teaching practice.The thesis aims at the content above,gives solutions to problems of CR of junior school Chinese lesson and tries to provide experimental evidence which is more scientific and more pertinence for the professional development of junior school Chinese teachers and new CR of basic education course in Inner Mongolia.
