包头市农牧区学前教育现状及建议

On the Current Situation of Preschool Education in Pastoral Area of Baotou and Some Suggestions

近年来包头市农牧区学前教育事业发展较快,办园条件和水平不断上升,和城区的差距逐渐缩小,但在普及程度及办园条件、质量、管理等方面与市中心城区幼儿园还存在明显差距,与我国发达地区的学前教育相比,更显落后。建议统筹规划,乘势而上,形成均衡发展的农牧区幼教新格局;完善投入机制,多渠道增加经费,保障农牧区学前教育健康发展;提高待遇,建立一支稳定的农牧区幼师队伍;依法管理,规范办园行为;从实际出发,办出农牧区学前教育特色;努力提高农牧区学前教育普及程度及办园水平。

The preschool education in Baotou pastoral area has been developing faster in recent years,and the conditions and level for preschool education keep rising,in which the gap between rural and urban area is gradually narrowing,but its popularity,condition,quality and management,etc.are obviously different from that of the city kindergarten,and more backward than that of developed regions.It is suggested that overall planning and development should be made to form a new pattern of pastoral preschool education with balanced development,the perfect input mechanism for childcare and multi-channel additional funds should be offered for the healthy development of preschool education in pastoral area,the treatment should be improved to build a stable and fine teaching group for pastoral preschool,and that kindergarten management should be regulated properly and legally;we should maintain the pastoral and preschool education characteristics,strive to improve the popularization and level of pastoral preschool education.
