颈神经根椎管外卡压颈肩臂痛的一个重要发病因素

Entrapment of Cervical Nerve Root outside Spinal Canal-An Important Reason of the Cervicoscapilar and Arm Pains

对一组颈肩臂痛病例的临床研究，结合臂丛神经根部的解剖学观测结果，认为Ｃ５、６神经根椎管外卡压是某些颈肩臂痛患者的发病原因。Ｃ５神经根和肩胛背神经卡压最为常见。Ｃ５、６神经根卡压的病理基础和临床特点与胸出口综合征明显不同，可视为区别于胸出口综合征的一个独立疾病。

It is believed that the compression on the nervous root of C56 outside the spinal canal is one of the important causes of the cervicoscapular and arm pains.According to the clinical study on a group of the patients who suffers from cervicoscapular and arm pains,combined with the anatomical observation to the nervous root of the cervix.The compression of the nervous root of the C5 and the compression on the scapular dorsum nerve are the most common.The pathologic basis and the clinical characters of the compression at C56 nerve root outside the spinal canal are obviously different with thoracic outlet syndrome.The case can be regarded as one of the independent disease from thoracic outlet syndrome.
