摘要
目的:寻找中药对LeggPerthes病及各种骨性关节炎等伴有骨内高压症的治疗方法并研究其机理。方法:将骨内高压动物模型随机分为相等的治疗组和对照组,分别肌肉注射等量的丹参注射液和生理盐水,然后测双侧骨内压并取固定侧胫骨近端骨块制作扫描电镜标本观察。结果:发现治疗组双侧骨内压比较无差异020>P>010,固定侧骨髓超微结构近似正常;对照组固定侧骨内压明显高于正常侧P<0001,固定侧骨髓超微结构明显处于病理状态。结论:丹参具有治疗骨内高压的显著作用,其机理为改善了骨内高压下的骨髓微循环病理状态。
Objective:The aim of this experiment
was to find the methods of Chinese medicines curing LeggPerthes disease and all kinds of
arthrosis with intraosseous hypertension(IOH) syndrome and study the treatment
mechanism.Methods:The rabbits of IOH model were equally divided into treatment group and
control group.The former was injected intramuscularly with 2ml of salvia miltiorrhiza(SM)
injection once a day for 3 weeks and the latter was same done with 2ml of normal saline.Then
the intraosseous pressure(IOP) of bilateral proximal tibia was measured at the same time and
the bones of the immobilized proximal tibias were taken off to be studied with scanning electron
microscope.Results:The IOP mean value of two sides in treatment group had little difference
(020>P>010) and the IOP mean value of the immobilized side was significantly higher (P>0001)
than that of the none immobilized side in control group.The medullary ultrastructure of
immobilized side in treatment group was nearly normal and that in control group was in
pathological condition obviously.Conclusion:SM can cure IOH dramatically.The effect come true
by improving the pathological condition of medullary microcirculation.
