摘要 本文采用行动研究,通过对公办农民工公子弟学校与公办普通中学学生的现状调查,从农民工子弟学校学生的家庭状况、亲子关系、在校表现、对学校和教师的评价以及理想追求等几方面进行比较,找出公办农民工子弟学校学生特点和优势,探究一条农民工子弟如何依靠家长、学校和教师,利用独特优势与城市学生融合互补,将来和谐融入主流社会的教育新路。 Using action research method,this article makes a comparative investigation of the students of public schools for farmer workers'children and those of ordinary middle schools in terms of their family,parent-child relationship,student performance in school and the evaluation of teachers.The article aims at discovering the characteristics and advantages of the students of public schools for farmer workers' children so as to find a new way for these students to mingle with their urban counterpart with the help of their parents,schools and teacher as well as their own unique advantages,so that they can integrate themselves into the mainstream society in the future.
