Soft Power Sustainable Development in Earthquake-Hit Area——Investigation and Analysis of Human Resources Situation in Sichuan Earthquake-hit Area Reconstruction

在汶川地震灾后重建基本完成情况下,我们对灾区人力资源状况进行了调查。通过调查分析,认为无论从心理还是生存角度看,根据政府灾区产业发展规划要求,目前灾民的素质结构还有相当的差距,心理阴影依然存在,心理康复工作任重道远,许多灾民的素质结构需要调整,培训工作滞后等,并在此基础上对灾区人力资源开发路径进行了理论思考,并得出了几点结论。

Investigation was made after the completion of reconstruction of Wenchuan earthquake-hit area.The results included these aspects： according to the requirements of government industry development plan for quake-hit area,the quality structure of people in this area still needed improving psychologically and physically,psychological obstacles still existed,quality structure of many people needed adjusting and training programs were left behind.Theoretical thinking on human resources development path in this area was carried out and conclusions were made.
