Design of Autocontrol System for Rainwater Pumping Station

采用西门子公司WINCC和S7-300 PLC开发雨水泵站的自动控制系统,简要介绍系统的结构,详细说明该系统控制回路的实现。结合控制系统的设计要求,着重介绍下位机软件的开发,包括采集现场数据、启动除污机、采用通讯方式控制水泵和循环计数等的程序设计。该系统设计新颖、运行稳定,满足了实际运行的需要。

Autocontrol system for rainwater pumping station was developed using Wincc and S7-300 PLC of Siemens Company.The article briefly introduces the configuration of system,and describes circuits that controls the starting and stop of pumps in detailed.It also highlighted gives the development of PLC program,including the procedures of collecting on-site data,launching machine of decontamination,control of pumps in communication way and cycle counting,based on the requirements of control system.The system reaches the requirements of design.It opens a new road and can runs steadily and satisfies needs of practical operation.
