急性冠脉综合征患者血浆PAPP-A与sCD40L的临床意义

摘要
大量的临床资料证实炎症反应是冠心病发生、发展的病理基础,导致冠状动脉粥样斑块的纤维帽变薄、破裂、出血及血栓形成,说明炎症因子在冠心病的过程中也同样发挥着重要作用,本实验通过测定ACS患者来探讨炎症因子在急性心肌梗死患者中临床意义。
