原发性胆汁性肝硬化家庭聚集性2例报告

摘要 原发性胆汁性肝硬化是一种以肝内细小胆管非化脓进行性破坏,伴门脉炎症改变为主要特征,并有长期持续性肝内胆汁淤积、最终导致纤维化和肝硬化的慢性进展性自身免疫性疾病,在中老年女性中多见。
