“普林格尔”产后康复仪在产后康复的临床应用

目的探讨"普林格尔"产后康复仪对产妇减少产后出血、促进乳汁分泌的临床效果。方法将518例自然分娩的健康产妇随机分观察组260例、对照组258例,观察组产妇采用产后常规护理,并给予"普林格尔"产后康复仪进行康复治疗,对照组则给予常规护理,观察对比2组产妇的产后康复情况及并发症情况。结果观察组产妇产后24h阴道出血量、子宫底高度、乳汁分泌的时间、首次排尿时间明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组产妇产后乳房胀痛、腰酸背痛、会阴坠痛、尿潴留等并发症的发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.01)。结论 "普林格尔"产后康复仪可预防和治疗产妇腰背酸痛、乳房胀痛、缺乳、尿潴留、便秘、减少产后出血,促进子宫复旧、恢复体力、消除疲劳,提高产科护理质量。

Objective Explore ＂PuLinGe er＂ postpartum rehabilitation apparatus to reduce maternal postpartum hemorrhage,promoting the mother milk secretion clinical effects.Methods Random Dividing 518 cases of natural birth health puerpera into 260 cases for the observation group,258 cases for the control group,maternal postpartum observation group using conventional care,and giving the ＂PuLinGe er＂ postpartum rehabilitation apparatus rehabilitation,The control group gives conventional care,Observe the maternal postpartum contrast two groups recover and complications situation.Results The observation group maternal postpartum 24h vaginal bleeding,uterine bottom height,the secretion of milk, time to first micturition time obviously better than the control group（P0.01）. The control group maternal postpartum breast pain,waist sour backache,perineal sank pain,urinary retention in the incidence of complications such as significantly higher than the observation group （P0.01）.Conclusion ＂PuLinGe er＂ postpartum rehabilitation apparatus can prevent and treat puerpera waist ache,breast pain and lack of mother milk,urinary retention,constipation,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,triggering uterine instauration,restores the physical strength,eliminate fatigue,improve obstetrics the quality of nursing.
