构建和谐劳资关系,提高职业球员工作满意度的探讨——基于心理契约理论

摘要 俱乐部与球员之间的心理契约是俱乐部与球员关系的心理纽带,对球员的态度和行为都有一定的影响作用。文章探讨了俱乐部与球员之间心理契约的满足和违背对工作满意度产生的影响,从隐藏的心理关系上把握职业球员的心态变化。并基于心理契约理论提出提高职业球员工作满意度可操性作建议。
