科学发展观视阈下的农民工权益维护

On Rights Safeguarding of Migrant Workers in the Perspective of Scientific Outlook of Development

新时期,农民工为我国经济社会发展作出了重要贡献。但是,由于各种原因,他们的权益始终没有得到很好的维护。科学发展观的提出,为新世纪新阶段维护农民工权益指明了方向,因为,科学发展观的内容结构同维护农民工权益有着密切的契合点。为了构建和谐社会,我们应该在科学发展观的指导下,采取切实可行的措施,有针对性地改变农民工权益缺失的现状,积极探寻对策,维护农民工的权益。

In the new era,the migrant workers have made important contributions to the economic and social development of China.However,due to various reasons,their rights and interests are not well safeguarded.The Scientific Outlook of Development pointed out direction for safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant workers in the new century and the new stage,as its contents and structures closely relate to rights safeguarding of migrant workers.In order to construct a harmonious society,we should,under guidance of the Scientific Outlook of Development,take practical actions to change current situation of lack of migrant workers＇ rights and interests,and actively seek for solutions to safeguard their rights and interests.
