Improve Benefit Distribution Relations and Narrow the Urban-Rural Income Gap

体制的和人为的某些因素所造成的市场形成价格的机制不完善甚至扭曲,使得城乡之间利益分配长期向城市倾斜,并导致城乡居民之间的收入差距不是缩小而是继续扩大。要扭转这一趋势,就必须深化产品价格、劳动分配、要素交换等领域的改革,完善以市场为基础、公平合理的城乡利益分配关系。

Due to some institutional and human factors,the market pricing mechanism is imperfect,even distorted.As a result,the urban-rural benefit distribution has been preferential to urban areas for a long time,and the urban-rural income gap has been widened instead of being narrowed.To reverse this situation,we must intensify the reform in terms of product price,labor distribution and elements exchange,and improve the market-based,fair and reasonable urban-rural benefit distribution relations.
