紫苏油对大鼠慢性脑低灌注损伤所致认知损害的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察紫苏油对慢性脑低灌注损伤大鼠空间记忆及皮层自由基代谢与抗氧化能力的影响。方法 SD大鼠50只,随机分为假手术对照组、模型对照组、紫苏油高、中、低剂量组,除假手术对照组外,其余各组经双侧颈动脉结扎建立慢性脑低灌注损伤模型,紫苏油0.8、0.4和0.2mL/100g灌胃60d后,进行Morris水迷宫实验,检测其空间记忆能力,水迷宫实验结束后,取大鼠海马及皮层组织测其T-AOC(total anti-oxidationab ility)活力,及MDA(m alond ialdehyde)含量。结果①与假手术对照组相比,模型对照组出现明显的学习记忆障碍,治疗组较模型组学习记忆障碍有明显改善。②与模型组相比,治疗组脑组织内T-AOC活性显著升高,MDA含量明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论紫苏油能明显减轻大鼠慢性脑缺血所致认知功能障碍,可能与其提高机体抗氧化能力、清除自由基作用有关。 Objective To explore the protective effect of Perilla oil on chronil hypoperfusion of the brain in induced cognitive injury rats.Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into sham-oprated control group,model control group,high-dosage grop,middle-dosage group and low-dosage group.The model was established by bilateral cervical artery ligation.After the drug groups were fed up for 60 days,the morris water maze experiment was carried out to test the ability of memory through septohippocampus.The content of T-AOC and activity of MDA in rats hippocampi and cortical tissue were monitored.Results ①Learning and memory impairment of the model control group was significantly more ameliorative than that of the sham-operated group.②Compared with model group,the activity of MDA was significantly reduced and T-AOC was significantly increased in brain tissue of the cure group.Conclusion Perilla oil can significantly lighten the rat nerve functional disease induced by chronic free radical scavenging.
