摘要
文章重点介绍了西方科技发达国家在科技人才队伍管理、招聘等方面的成功经验,并结合我国实际现状提出把好人才队伍入口质量关,提升我国科技人才队伍整体质量的改革建议等。
This paper mainly introduced the successful experience in the management and recruitment of science and technology talents team in western developed countries. Combining with the reality of our country, it also provided the reform suggestions to enhance China science and technology talent team's overall quality.
