统筹城乡视野下的新型农村社会养老保险制度研究综述

REVIEWED RESEARCH ON THE PENSION INSURANCE SYSTEM IN NEW TYPE OF RURAL SOCIETY

新型农村社会养老保险制度是实现我国城乡统筹的有力保证。目前对新农保制度的研究主要集中于该制度的建制、建立的必要性、制度设计及制度的城乡衔接等几个方面。对这些文献的焦点问题进行整理总结,并在此基础上分析需要进一步研究的问题,对新型农村社会养老保险制度的进一步推广和发展具有一定的借鉴作用。

The new type of rural social pension insurance system is a guarantee to achieve the urban and rural co - ordination development. Current researches on the new pension insurance mainly focused on the system establis-hing, the system designing and the system bridging for urban and rural, etc. This paper summed up these researches, and analyzed the problems needed to be studied further, which provided a reference for the development of rural social pension insurance system.
