摘要 采用水培及种子萌发期直接胁迫的方法,研究了离子液体(ILs)1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑甘氨酸盐胁迫对小麦幼苗生长和部分生理特性的影响。结果表明,小麦幼苗对25 mg/L、50 mg/L、100 mg/L和200 mg/L的ILs处理不敏感,生长指标没有显著变化;在500 mg/L的ILs处理下,小麦幼苗的所有生长指标均降低。ILs处理使超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降,过氧化物酶(POD)活性升高,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量升高,表明500 mg/L ILs胁迫植物生长受到抑制。因此,低质量浓度ILs对小麦幼苗影响不大,500 mg/L ILs处理毒害作用非常显著。 The present paper aims to introduce its investigation and research of the effect of the ionic liquid (ILs) [C4mim][Gly] at different concentrations on the growth and physiological characteristics of young wheat-seedlings with water culture. The results of our experiments show that the wheat seedlings were not sensitive to the treatment of 25 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L ILs, with no obvious change to the growth. Under the treatment of 500 mg/L ILs, the germination rate, it was found that the aboveground and underground biomass (dry weight) , the plant height and root length of the seedlings decreased significantly. Different concentrations of ILs treatment tends to make the activities of super oxide dismutase (SOD) decrease. The activities of guaicol peroxidase (POD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA)were increased. From the above results, conclusions can be drawn that low concentrations of ionic liquid [C4mim] [Gly] (under 500 mg/L) have not significant effects on the growth of the young wheat seedlings, but high concentrations of the liquid(above 500 rag/L) bring remarkable influence.
