摘要
根据等效介质理论和Bloch-Floquet理论,研究了简化左右手复合传输线(SCRLH TL:Simplified Composite Right/Left Handed Transmission Line)的等效介质参量(ε,μ)、等效折射率(n)和传播参量(γ_B,Z_B)的频响特性;设计、制作了中心频率约为7.49 GHz、相对带宽约为109%、仅由微带线和短截线电感构成的SCRLH TL带通滤波器;分析了并联电感L_L与串联电感L_R比值对该带通滤波器的相对带宽的影响;对该滤波器进行了电路仿真、全波仿真与实验测量。三种方法获得的结果相符得很好。研究结果表明,该带通滤波器的相对带宽BW随并联电感L_L与串联电感L_R比值的增加而增大。
According to tile effective-medium theory and Bloch Floquet theory, the frequency response of the effective consti tutive parameters(ε,μ), effective refractive index(n) and propagation eharacter parameters(γB,ZB) of a simplified composite right/left handed lransmission Iine(SCRLH TL) are investigated. A SCRLH TL bandpass filter consisted of microstrips and ground stubs with a 109% relative bandwidth at a center frequency of 7.49 GHz is designed and fabricated. The effect of the ratio of LL over LR to the relative bandwidth is also analyzed. The circuit simulation, full wave simulation and experiment are carried out, separately, and all the results agree well with each other. The theoretical study result shows that the relative bandwidth increases with the increasing ratio of LL/LR.
