摘要
为科学合理进行污泥处置奠定基础。以北京市11个污水处理厂的生污泥为样品,对其进行pH值、含水率、有机质等养分和重金属含量化验分析。总体看所采集污泥是富含有机质(平均为509.45g/kg)、高氮(平均为46.12g/kg)、高磷(平均为45.47g/kg)、低钾(平均为8.33g/kg)的有机肥。pH值6.71~7.51,处于微酸性和微碱性之间,在土地利用上,不会对土壤的酸碱度造成大的影响。污泥中含水量较高(平均为82.73%),不宜直接施用。污泥中含有Pb、Cr、Cd、Cu、Ni、Zn、Hg等重金属,但含量不高,只有个别污水处理厂的污泥中重金属含量稍微超标。对污泥性质的分析为污泥的资源化利用提供了科学参考。
The aim was to lay the foundation for the sludge disposal scientifically and reasonably. With the sludge in the 11 represcntative wastewater treatment plants from Beijing City as samples, the water content,pH value,organic matter and heavy metal content of sludge were analyzed. Generally speaking,the collected sludge was a kind of organic fertilizer,which contained rich organic matter (509.45g/kg on average),high nitrogen (46.12g/kg on average) , high phosphorus (45.47g/kg on average),low potassium (8.33g/kg on average). The pH value of the sludge was all in 6.71- 7.51, being between subacidity and alkale science ,and application in the: land could not produce great influence on the acidity-alkalinity of soil. The water content in the sludge was high being 82.73% on average,so it was not suitable for application directly. The sludge contained some heavy metals such as Pb,Cr,Cd,Cu, Ni ,Zn and Hg. The heavy metal content was not high and that in the sludge only from individual wastewater treatment plant was slightly over standard. The analysis of the characteristics of sludge provided the science reference for the resource utilization of sludge.
