内压式超滤膜组合工艺处理北江水中试研究

摘要 以聚合氯化铝作为混凝剂,采用内压式超滤膜组合工艺处理北江水。结果表明,混凝沉淀-投加C lO2-超滤组合工艺出水浊度平均值为0.062 NTU;超滤能有效截留水中有机物和微生物,出水TOC保持在1.0 mg/L以下,菌落总数和大肠菌群均未检出;但超滤不能截留亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐。与常规工艺相比,内压式超滤膜组合工艺显著缩短了工艺流程,出水水质优于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)要求,但跨膜压差增长快,化学清洗时间较长。 The internal pressure ultrafiltration(UF) membrane combination process was adopted by using polyaluminum chloride (PAC) as coagulant in order to treat Beijiang River water. The results indicated that the average effluent turbidity of coagulation sedimentation - dosing C102 - UF combination process was 0. 062 NTU. UF could reject the organics and microorganics in water effectively. The effluent TOC was kept below 1.0 mg/L. The colony amount and coliform group could not be detected, but UF could not reject chlorite and chlorate. The internal pressure UF membrane combination process largely reduced the technological process comparing with the conventional process, and the effluent water quality was superior to the requirement of the Standards for Drinking Water Quality( GB 5749 - 2006 ). But the transmembrane pressure difference was increased rapidly, and the chemical cleaning time needed longer.
