摘要
本文采用实验法、调查法,对普通高校健美操专选大学生在健美操学习、运动中柔韧素质练习及发展柔韧素质中应注意的问题进行了研究。通过实验证明,大学生的柔韧素质经过科学合理的练习是可以提高的,同时也为高校在健美操运动中进行柔韧素质练习提供了理论和实践的参考依据。本研究主要得出以下结论:(1)柔韧素质练习应采用静力拉伸法、动力拉伸法、静力拉伸法和动力拉伸法相结合的方法。(2)学生柔韧素质的可塑性很高,可以通过适当的训练得以提高。
In this paper, experiment, survey of college students Aerobics of the election in Aerobics study, exercise flexibility in the development of quality and flexibility exercises to be aware of the quality problems were studied.
