摘要
在分析了Mn对奥贝球铁组织和性能影响的基础上,研究了非CuNiMo合金化的高Mn奥贝球铁的生产方法。结果表明,采取组合工艺措施,使用球铁棒材以及运用球墨可锻铸铁的生产工艺,可使含Mn0.7%左右的非合金奥贝球铁具有理想的组织和性能。
Based on the analysis of the effects of Mn on the microstructures and mechanical
properties of ADI, the methods to produce higher Mn ADI nonalloyed by Cu Ni Mo is studied. The
results show that multiple technological measures, the application of continually casting ductile
iron bars and the productive techniques for spheroidal graphite malleable cast iron, enable the
nonalloyed ADI containing 0.7wt%Mn to possess ideal microstructures and mechanical properties.
