The Usage of Ancient Literature Historical Materials

我们搜集、鉴别、著录和整理古代文学史料,最终的目的是为了使用。史料应当公用。要使用真实的、原始的和新发现的史料。避免断章取义、"抽样作证",注意选择、分析比较。要正确地阐释史料,把握史料所能证明的限度。引用史料应当遵守两个重要的规范:一是认真核对;二是注明出处。

The final purpose of our collecting,identifying,writing down and sorting out ancient literature historical materials is for use,and all historical materials are communal.In using these historical materials,the authentic,original and newly discovered ones are preferred while partially-quoting,＂sampling testimony＂methods have to be avoided.The correct attitude to historical materials is to interpret them appropriately and master the limits that they can prove.There are two vital regulations have to be abided by：one is to check carefully and another is to give references.
