An Exploration to the Coordinated Development of Subjects in Local University

学科建设是高校一项具有战略意义的工作,对高校的可持续发展至关重要。地方高校在学科建设的过程中,出现了许多对学科认识及实践方面的不良倾向及误区,阻碍了学科建设工作的长远健康发展。因此,地方高校的学科协调发展要遵循学科建设自身发展规律,注重内部系统的协调发展问题;以学科内部协调发展为基点,注重学科本身与外界区域社会的互动交流,协调发展。

The development of subject is of strategic importance to a university and its sustainable development.In the process of subject construction,there appeared some bad tendency and pitfalls in subject awareness and practice,which hindered the long-term good development of subject construction.Thus,the coordinated development of subject has to follow its own development discipline and focus on the coordinated development of internal system;pay attention to the mutual communication and coordinated development between subject itself and outside regional society.
