Harmonious Pursuit in Confucius'Juristic Ideology

Although Confucius does not put forward the concept of＂Harmonious Society＂straightforward,his juristic ideology implicates plenty of harmonious thought,and his assertion of＂Being kind to love others＂,＂Morality is dominating and punishment is assisting＂,＂Moderate punishment＂and＂No suing＂embodies the pursuit of harmonious development.Nowadays,in the present situation of tightening up the legal system and advocating a harmonious society in our country,the abundant resources of thought and culture implicated in Confucius＇juristic ideology can provide us with important reference and plenteous spiritual nourishment.
