履带式起重机在地基强夯处理中的常见事故分析与防护 被引量:2

摘要 由于强夯法地基处理具有适应性强、造价低、见效快等特点,近年来在深圳地区的开山填海软基处理及回填土地基处理中大量应用。履带式起重机是强夯地基处理施工中不可缺少的一种主要施工设备,本文列举了履带式起重机在强夯地基处理施工中的常见事故。主要有起重臂坠落、起重臂后翻、传动链轮及传动系统破损等。并对这些事故发生的原因作了分析,提出安全防护措施。 The foundation treatment by forced tamping method, which has the specialities of high adaptability,low cost and rapid effectiveness, has been widely applied on the soft soil treatment for cutting into a mountain,filling up the seashore and the backfill treatment at Shenzheng Region in re cent years. The crawler crane is a kind of important construction equipment for foundation treatment by forced tamping method. The paper illustrates the common accidents of crawler crane during the forced tamping on ofundation treatment,such as the falling of crane arm,backdraft of crane arm,fail ure of transmission chain wheel and transmission system etc. The reasons of these accidents are ana lyzed and the safety protection measures are proposed.
