知识经济与提高施工企业队伍整体素质

KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY AND RAISING OVERALL QUALITY OF STAFF FOR CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES

知识经济即“以知识为基础的经济”，是一种将在21世纪占主导地位的新型经济，知识经济的核心是能否拥有掌握现代科技的人才队伍。本文阐述了知识经济的4点主要特征，认为知识经济的到来，给设计、施工企业带来快速发展的机遇和挑战，着重分析施工企业的现状和存在的问题，并提出相应的提高施工企业队伍整体素质的对策和措施。

The knowledge economy, i. e. the economy based on knowledge, is a new-type economy which will be the guiding economy in the 21st century.The core of the knowledge economy is deter mined by whether it possess an intelligent staff who are master of the modern technologies. The paper expounds the four important characteristics of the knowledge economy. It is considered that during the coming of knowledge economy,a rapid development of opportunity and challenge will be brought to the design and construction enterprises. The present situation and the existing problems of construc tion enterprises are analyzed emphatically,and the corresponding countermeasures for raising the over all staff quality of construction enterprises are proposed.
