摘要
变换炉为合成氨装置中变换单元的关键设备之一。针对变换炉入口介质的特性及操作条件,对变换炉的选材和结构形式进行了分析、对比,并结合实例对变换炉的设计、制造、检验等进行了较为详细的描述。
Converting furnace is one of the key equipment in synthetic ammonia plant. In this article, with respect to the properties of the fluid at the inlet and the working condition of converting run, ace, the material selection and its structure were analyzed and compared. Combined with practical examples, design, manufacture and inspection of converting furnace were, then, described.
