左心交感神经切除术治疗室性心律失常的历史与现状 被引量：5

摘要 左心交感神经切除术(LCSD)从提出至今已走过100多年。近年通过电视胸腔镜来施行LCSD使创伤更小,恢复更快。它通过切除左侧星状神经节下半部与左胸1-5交感神经节,可干扰去甲肾上腺素的释放,从而降低心脏交感神经活性。现在可用LCSD联合β受体阻滞剂治疗的心律失常包括长QT综合征(LQTS)、儿茶酚胺敏感性多形性室性心动过速(CPVT)以及一些难治性心律失常。它与ICD联用还可减少ICD的放电次数。
