身体抗压动作与倾斜训练预防血管迷走性晕厥 被引量:6

摘要 血管迷走性晕厥常见于年轻患者,发生前常有晕厥先兆。身体抗压动作如交叉腿、下蹲位、身体向前弯曲等动作可使血压升高30~40 mmHg,可避免和延缓晕厥的发作。如通过采用身体抗压动作,仍然有反复晕厥发生,则可考虑直立倾斜训练。通过规范的倾斜训练后,大约有80%以上的患者不会再有晕厥的发生。
