刺血拔罐配合中药治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Blood-letting and Cupping plus Chinese Medication in Treating Herpes Zoster

目的观察刺血拔罐配合中药治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将82例患者随机分为治疗组42例,采用刺血拔罐、中药治疗;对照组40例,采用西药阿昔洛韦、转移因子胶囊治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为100%,痊愈率90.5%;对照组总有效率为90.0%,痊愈率40.0%;两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在起效时间上,治疗组明显快于对照组(P<0.01)。结论刺血拔罐配合中药治疗带状疱疹能明显减轻疼痛,加快疱疹消退,具有良好的疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of blood-letting and cupping plus Chinese medication in treating herpes zoster.Methods Eighty-two patients were included and randomized into a treatment group（42 cases） and a control group（40 cases）.The treatment group received blood-letting,cupping and Chinese medication;the control group received Acyclovir and transfer factor（capsules） for treatment.Result The total effective rate and cured rate were 100% and 90.5% respectively in the treatment group,versus 90.0% and 40.0% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Moreover,the treatment group took a markedly shorter time in producing an effect compared with the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Blood-letting and cupping plus Chinese medication can achieve a content therapeutic effect in treating herpes zoster by substantially reducing the pain,and enhancing diminishing of the herpes.
