穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Application on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的观察穴位贴敷治疗慢性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将90例符合诊断标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例采用中药穴位贴敷,对照组采用常规针刺配合口服维生素B1,观察两组疗效及腰痛程度积分及复发率。结果两组近期总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后6个月及12个月的总有效率高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗组治疗后腰痛积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后6个月、12个月复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗组远期疗效优于对照组。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint application on chronic lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Ninety patients meeting the inclusion criteria of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to two groups.The treatment group of 60 patients received acupoint application of Chinese herbal medicine and the control group,conventional acupuncture plus oral administration of vitamin B1.The therapeutic effects were evaluated,the lumbago severity score was counted and the recurrence rate was examined in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the short-term total efficacy rate between the two groups（P0.05）.The total efficacy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group at 6 months and 12 months after treatment（both P0.05）.The lumbago severity score was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.The recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group than in the control group at 6 months and 12 months after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The long-term therapeutic effect is better in the treatment group than in the control group.
