摘要
以3种甾醇作为诱导因子,通过单因素试验,利用紫外分光光度法测定液体悬浮发酵培养猪苓中甾体含量的变化,从而筛选出最佳诱导因子及其最佳添加浓度。结果表明:最佳诱导物质为胆固醇,最佳添加浓度为0.020%,此时猪苓菌丝体干重2.38 g,猪苓甾体净增长量53.224 mg。
Three steroids were used as inducible factors in the fermentation of Polyporus umbellate. The results showed that cholesterol was the best inducible factor, when concentration of cholesterol was 0.020%, dry weight of mycelia of P. umbellatus was 2.38 g, and net increase in the amount of steroidal was 53. 224 mg.
