新型可直视食管扩张器的研制和初步应用

Initial clinical use and development of the neotype optical dilator

目的研制一种新型可视食管扩张器,应用于食管狭窄的患者,以提高扩张时的安全及有效性。方法 24例食管狭窄患者包括食管癌,食管胃吻合口狭窄,术前多仅能进流质,使用新型扩张器对其进行治疗。结果 24例患者均一次性扩张成功,无并发症,术中耐受度提高,时间较前缩短,术前术后1周哽咽指数改善。结论该扩张器保证了直视下的连续扩张,是一种安全、有效的新型扩张器。

[Objective] To develop an neotype optical dilator,a transparent bougie fitted over a superfine gastroscopy and with sequential dilating segments.This device was used in treating esophageal strictures to enhance the safety and efficacy.[Methods] Twenty-four patients including esophageal carcinomas and stoma strictures were dilated.Before dilation most patients reported difficulties with solids.[Results] All dilations succeeded in one time without any complications,patient-tolerance increased and operating-time decreased.The dysphagia score increased one week later.[Conclusion] The optical dilator allows sequential dilation under direct visualization,and is a safer and more effective dilator.
