介绍了新建180万t/a煤制甲醇装置中针对低温甲醇洗缠绕管式换热气原料冷却器进行的管程、壳程介质互换的优化设计过程;论述了优化设计面临的问题和采取的改进措施;总结了原料气冷却器的生产运行效果和操作管理要点。
Author has introduced the optimal design process of media interchange going in the tube and shell sides of raw gas cooler—spiral tube heat exchanger of low temperature methanol wash in allusion to the newly built plant of methanol made by coal with a capacity of 1,800,000 t/a;has discussed the problems encountered in the optimal design and the improvement measures to be taken;has summarized both productive operation effect and operational management gist for the raw gas cooler.
