冷轧工艺对00Cr21MoNbTi铁素体不锈钢组织、织构与成形性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Cold Rolling Process on Microstructure,Texture and Formability of 00Cr21MoNbTi Ferritic Stainless Steel

摘要 利用电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)研究了冷轧轧程和冷轧压下率对00Cr21MoNbTi铁素体不锈钢的组织、织构与成形性能的影响。结果表明:随轧程数的增加,再结晶晶粒尺寸变化不大,但材料的平均r值相应提高;相同两轧程条件下,随累计压下率增大,材料的再结晶晶粒尺寸细化,平均r值以及{111}织构组分含量提高。再结晶织构峰值强度分别偏向{334}<483>和{554}<225>,{111}织构组分含量与材料的平均r值近似有二次函数的关系。 The microstructure,texture and formability of 00Cr21MoNbTi ferritic stainless steel were investigated focusing on the influence of cold rolling process and cold reduction by using Electron Back-sacttered Diffraction(EBSD).The results show that the effect of increasing cold rolling process is small in the recrystallization grain size,but increases in the average r-value.On the other hand,with increasing cold reduction,the recrystallization grain refined,and average r-value and content of {111} texture component increased notably.The texture maximum was close to {334}483 and {554}225,and there is relationship of quadratic function between the content of {111} texture component and average r-value.
