摘要
研究滴灌、覆膜和裸地3种不同栽培方式对红花产量和品质的影响,确定红花适宜的栽培方式。运用考种的方法测定单蕾粒数、单株蕾数、千粒重、花绒产量和种子产量,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定微量元素和重金属,用氨基酸自动测定仪测定17种氨基酸含量;用高效液相色谱法测定羟基红花黄色素A的含量。结果表明,不同栽培方式红花中均含有一定量的微量元素、氨基酸和重金属,不同栽培方式羟基红花黄色素A含量不同。所测定不同栽培的红花的微量元素、重金属含量均符合我国《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》,滴灌栽培红花产量较高,裸地栽培红花品质较好。
Different cultivation methods of safflower yield and quality to determine the suitability of safflower cultivation.Using the method Kaozhong grain number per bud determination,1000-grain weight,grain number of budding flower production and seed yield,flocking by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,trace elements and heavy with amino acids automatic cryoscope 17 kinds of amino acid content determination,Using HPLC hydroxyl safflower yellow A content.Results,Different ways of planting safflower with a certain quantity of trace elements and amino acids,also detect metal nudation,high levels of safflower mineral elements,therefore,amino acids and effective ingredients have influence,Membrane and drip through measurement,nudation superior quality seed.Conclusion The determination of the different trace elements in cultivation of flowers,heavy metal content are in line with China's "Import and Export of medicinal plants and preparation of green industry-standard" amino acids are also in line with the 2010 edition of "People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia." Yield of drip irrigation cultivation is highest,quality of bare cultivation is best.
