摘要
目的 评价运用知识动机行为技能(KMB)健康教育模式对老年2型糖尿病患者生活方式干预效果.方法 将70例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组(n=35)和对照组(n=35例).干预组接受为期3个月的KMB模式健康教育,干预措施包括针对性、个性化健康教育,电话随访,自我监控表格.对照组接受一般性的健康教育及电话随访.将两组患者干预前后的血糖控制程度,生活质量和生活方式进行统计学分析.结果 两组患者干预3个月后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),干预组血糖控制较好;干预后患者生活方式干预组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);干预后丽组患者健康相关生活质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 运用KMB健康教育模式可提高老年2型糖尿病患者的生活质量.
Objective To evaluate the effect of KMB health education for the patients with type Ⅱ diabetes. Methods 70 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in experimental group received KMB model health education for 3 months, including targeted health education, telephone interview, and self-monitored table. The patients in control group received routine nursing care. Comparative statistical analysis on quality of life and life style altering between two groups was performed. Results The blood glucose level in experimental group was controlled better, compliance of life style altering and life quality of the patients in experimental group improved obviously. Conclusions Using the KMB model health education can improve the life quality of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.
