摘要
余甘子(滇橄榄,Phyllanthus emblica L.)是一种兼具药用和食用价值的植物,其含有大量的维生素C以及超氧化物岐化酶SOD、单宁、没食子酸、槲皮素、齐墩果酸等活性成分,具有一定的清除氧自由基、降脂、保护血管内皮、抑制动脉粥样斑块产生等功效,本文综述了余甘子活性成分在治疗及减缓动脉硬化形成方面的作用。
Taking tonics is one of GeHong＇s health preservation methods.Argumentation within Baopuzi,GeHong described the basic point of view on taking tonics.Taking tonics,including taking＂also Dan liquid gold＂and taking the natural vegetation and other crude drugs.As GeHong＇s view,taking＂also Dan liquid gold＂can live forever,but taking natural vegetation only can prolong life.This article is introducing briefly about the crude drugs from the text in Baopuzi.
