摘要
采用室内半静态方法研究甲胺磷农药对中国蛤蜊基础代谢的影响。结果显示,中国蛤蜊暴露于含有甲胺磷的海水中后,其耗氧量和排氨率分别在24 h和36 h达到最大,之后随时间的增加,耗氧率和排氨率有所下降。随着甲胺磷浓度的增加,中国蛤蜊的摄食率迅速下降。
A semi-static laboratory method was used to determine the effect of methamidophos on the basal metabolism of Mactra chinensis.The results showed that when M.chinensis exposed to seawater containing methamidophos of different concentrations,oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate was increased immediately and reached to top at 24 h and 36 h,respectively,then gradually reduced as time expanded.The higher concentration of methamidophos was in environment,less of the filtration rate of M.chinensis was found.
