渤海石油平台溢油清除专家系统的设计与开发

Design and development of oil spill cleanup system for expert at oil platform in Bohai Sea

针对目前渤海石油平台溢油清除技术落后的问题,运用专家系统的理论知识,结合计算机技术、空间信息技术、数据库技术等,建立了相应的事实库、规则库和动态数据库,开发完成了渤海石油平台溢油清除专家系统。利用该系统专家系统的知识库及推理机制,不仅能协助溢油应急人员进行现场作业,而且能够整理和保存溢油清除领域出现的新知识,在渤海石油平台溢油应急方面具有较高的应用价值。

In allusion to the backward technology in cleaning up the oil spill resulting from the offshore oil platforms of Bohai Sea,the oil spill clean-up system for expert at the oil platforms in Bohai Sea is designed and developed by integrating the theory knowledge of expert system,advanced computer technology,spatial information technology and technique of database,etc.The corresponding fact base,rule base and dynamic database are created for the system.The oil contingency staffs can get the assistance from the knowledge base and reasoning mechanism of this system when they are doing site work,and this system can also arrange and preserve the new knowledge multiplied in the field of oil spill cleaning up.This system has high application value in the oil contingency at the oil platform offshore in Bohai Sea.
