摘要
根据实艇管路通舱管件安装可能会出现的偏差情况,对DN32弹性通舱管件设计并实现轴向偏差、角度偏差和轴向与角度组合工艺安装偏差,并进行振动测试。通过试验测试,评判不同的安装偏差对DN32弹性通舱件隔振性能的影响。试验测试结果表明,无安装偏差的振动加速度级频谱曲线在大部分频段上要小于在偏差状态下得到的振动加速度级,且随着工艺偏差值的增加,不论是轴向偏差还是角度偏差,工艺偏差所造成的振动加速度级增量也随之变大。因此,安装过程中的工艺偏差会使得弹性通舱件的隔振性能变差。以插入损失[1]达到10 dB为限,则应以δ=3 mm,α=3°偏差值为实际允许的安装偏差上限。
Aimed at the deviation should possessed in the installation of pipe element passing through bulkhead,experiment for vibration isolation for the DN32 pipe element passing through bulkhead is conducted.On the basis of the experiment results,the influence to effect for vibration isolation on diverse deviation in mounting is analyzed,the results indicate that the frequency curve of the vibration accelerate level of the pipe element without the deviation in mounting is small that the pipe element with the installation deviation in most frequency band,and when technology deviation increase,then increment of the vibration accelerate level is increase,thereby the vibration behaviour of the pipe element passing though bulkhead with elasticity with the deviation in mounting should worsen.In order to the insertion loss achieve 10 dB,then maximum acceptable deviation in mounting is δ=3 mm and,α=3°.
