摘要
通过分析喷气偏流板装置运动执行机构的工作原理,建立了该机构的机构模型简图。针对该机构中双平面四连杆机构的末端执行元件,采用图解法分析该机构的运动虽然形象直观,但精度低而且耗费时间长。本文利用解析方法建立了喷气偏流板的角位移、角速度、角加速度的数学模型,并在VC6.0开发平台上进行了机构的运动学仿真。仿真结果表明,理论分析正确,可进一步为该机构的参数优化提供理论依据。
The mechanism model of operating gear assembly is established by analyzing the operation principle of the jet blast deflector's operating gear assembly.According to the end execution unit of the double planar four-bar mechanism,the diagram method analyzing the movement of the mechanism is visual,but its precision is low and requiring time is long.The mathematic model of the angular displacement and the angular velocity and the angular acceleration for the jet blast deflector is established by analysis in this article,and through VC6.0 the kinematics of the mechanism is emulated.The result indicates that the analysis is right and can supervise the parameter optimizing of the mechanism.
